This pitch video was developed to showcase the value of Telcel UP Plus and test how well its new digital security feature would connect with Mexican consumers. The video featured quick scenes of phones in risky situations to highlight key benefits, such as affordable screen repairs for $559 MXN and annual phone upgrades. To explain the digital security feature, we told the story of Maria, a Telcel UP Plus customer whose account was hacked. A security expert guided her through steps to protect her identity and helped her set up the Digital Secure app. The video ended with Maria confidently shopping online, demonstrating how Telcel UP Plus gives users peace of mind with both device protection and digital security.
